Chad began learning how to mechanic at a young age with his father and other mentors and began working in a shop as a freshman in high school. He then attended Nashville Auto-Diesel College in 2009. In late 2010 he graduated and began his professional career as a Diesel mechanic. In 2015 he began receiving leadership and financial literacy training through an employer. He accepted his first leadership position in 2020 as a dealer service manager. Chad came on board with Haydon Bridge Company in 2022. Chad oversees the upkeep of the equipment fleet and special fabrication projects as well as the shipping, receiving, and inventory of materials.
