Haydon Bridge is proud to announce Bobby Douglas has been promoted to a General Foreman position. Having done similar work prior, Bobby began his career with Haydon Bridge in 2014. He quickly worked his way up the ranks through hard work, tireless efforts and by putting the company first in all that he does. We always like to share success stories and this is another one! Haydon Bridge would like to congratulate Sonny Hatmaker for his recent promotion to Senior Lead Carpenter! Sonny began working for Haydon Bridge in 2022 after spending many years in the industry elsewhere. Sonny’s experience and work ethic have helped propel him up through the carpenter ranks. It’s nice to have people on our jobsites that are driven and will do what’s best for the company! Honesty, integrity and work ethic ARE still noticed in the world today! Congratulations Sonny! We can’t wait to see what the future holds.

HBC 2025 Office Building Addition
A year or so back, discussions began relating to office expansion and now the footers are in the ground! We’re adding space that will include a state-of-the-art training/meeting room where we can bring much of our employee training either in-house or hosted onsite. In addition, there will be added office space with a small patio area outside. We’re excited to get this started and looking forward to the benefits it will provide.
Our Shop Organization
Over the winter our shop team spent many hours organizing, straightening and cleaning our shop and storage areas. Leveraging the fundamentals of 5S and Lean Processing, our shop team members are working to sort, set in order, shine, standardize and sustain our inventory areas to position us for success when weather breaks and the real work begins. A huge Thank You to our shop team: Tim Proffitt, James Proffit, Dwight Caudill and Tommy Coomer!
Shelby County Culvert
Kicking off the I-64 Expansion in Shelby County with a Box Culvert Extension under KY-53. Over the next few years, we will be replacing 6 bridges on or over I-64. We have no doubt our team will rise to the challenge!
